Recycled Sweater : Hat Patterns

Each Pattern contains full sized pattern pieces and written instructions with photographic illustrations.  The patterns are adult sizes and can easily be adjusted up or down for a comfortable fit.  Personal note from Tammy:  Please be aware that all of my patterns are protected by copy write laws which means they may not be used to create hats or mitten sold for profitable intent.  Furthermore, they may not be copied or reproduced for any distribution or sharing purpose. I hope you understand that I'm trying to make a living here...and I've got two kittens to feed.  If you wish to use these as a learning tool with Girl Scouts or similar group, please contact me directly to discuss a package purchase.  Thank you for your support and understanding.  Tammy

Kits to make your own Felted  Silk  Scarves:

Tammy has hand painted a collection of silk scarf blanks and coordinated gorgeous combinations of high end yarns (you may recognize yarns from Trendsetter, Tahki, Gedifra, and Ironstone in your kit)  You will receive enough yarn for several design layout options...plus enough wool fleece in coordinating color(s) to complete your scarf.  Each kit comes with a printed "tool" list, drawn diagram of several design suggestions, and our workshop hand-out itemizing the process.  Price shown includes USPS First Class Postage within US.  Tammy's finished scarves sell for $125 and up.

The Tree Bark Inspired Scarf 

This style of Wet Felt Scarf has been a *very* popular item for me over the past several seasons at the fine art fairs.....I thought you might like to try your hand at it.

I've had numerous requests for a class or kit in this technique, so I got my act together ...felted up all the color samples....and figured out the step-by-step detailed instructions (including color photos).

In true Tammy style... kits will be hand pulled when your order comes in.  The yarns used are high-end mohair, metallic and other novelty wools.  The wool fiber binder is merino cross.  Some substitutions may be made in individual yarns....but heck...that just means that no two will ever be exactly alike.....why start now? Price includes the mailing fee within continental US.  (e-mail prior to ordering for mailing quote outside US.)
