PARTICIPATION:
STUDENT'S WORK is open to all artists and designers that have taken one or more classes at the TLD Design Center & Gallery. Only works of your own individual effort are eligible.  All media is acceptable and does not need to be representative of the class(es) taken.**  All items must be professionally finished and/or framed and ready to sell.  

NOTICE OF PARTICIPATION / ENTRY FEE:
We will accept up to 10 items per person with  a one-time entry fee of $5.  Entry Notification form (top portion of the form appearing below) and entry fee should be sent in as soon as possible to reserve your space in the gallery and ensure listing of your name in promotional efforts.

DELIVERY AND/OR RETURN OF ENTRIES:
Items with completed inventory sheet should arrive at TLD DESIGNS (free from freight) 26 E. Quincy St., Westmont, IL 60559 by November 15th, 2007.  Some artists may be invited to bring additional items during the show as work is sold. Unsold items will be available for pick-up at 3 pm on December 24th and/or returned after January 5th via UPS or USPS.  (Please include sufficient funds or there will be a delay getting unsold work returned and possible assessment of storage fees) The gallery will be closed between Dec. 25th and January 5th....return to normal hours of 11 am to 6pm on January 5th.

PRICING:
Entrants shall price their own work, and these prices should be representative of established market value for their work. The prices, as stated on the application, may not be changed during the entire run of the show. Only one "Not for Sale" entry allowed per person. Only those items approved will be exhibited. This Gallery retains only 30% of the retail price when the item is sold!

LIABILITY:
TLD Design Center & Gallery personnel will exercise all reasonable care with photo/slides and accepted entries, but it is clearly understood by the artist/designer that we assume no responsibility and shall not be held liable for any damage of any kind caused or occurring while work is in exhibition or during shipping. Artists/Designers who wish protection should insure their entries independently. 

AGREEMENT:
Your entry and acceptance to STUDENT'S WORK constitutes your agreement to all conditions stated in this prospectus.
