On-line entry using paypal for entry fees

form to reflect the number of hats you would like to enter. $3. per item (up to 5 per artist)
To submit your photos, please click the following button and attach your .jpg format
files. Please us a file size
of 200K or less for each picture.
In the body of the e-mail, please include your complete name, address and phone number.....and the following information for each item:
1. Title 2. Technique 3. Materials used 4. retail price (allowing for a 30% commission to TLD)
If you have an artist statement or bio....please also include that information in the body of the e-mail
We will acknowledge receipt of your entry payment and photos within 48 hours.
