A JURIED EXHIBITION & SALE

PARTICIPATION:
CROSSED CONNECTIONS is open to all artists and designers doing original work. Only items of your own design and individual effort are eligible. All entries must be finished.

PHOTOS OR SLIDES:
High quality photos or slide which are tightly focused must be submitted by February 25th with a non-refundable entry fee of $3.50 per entry weighing under 1lb, up to 5 entries. Heavier items may be entered for a fee of $6.50 per entry, limit of 3 entries. Be sure to include your name, phone number and entry # on each photo/slide. Photos/Slides will be returned when a self addressed, stamped envelope is provided.

Photo/Slides of approved items will be retained for free use by T.L.D. DESIGNS to publicize & promote this event and returned if/when possible. Additionally, we reserve the right to photograph any or all entries accepted for the Exhibit regardless of copyright. Entries will be JURIED by Collage artist, JoAnn Deck

DELIVERY AND/OR RETURN OF ENTRIES:
Approved items should arrive at T.L.D. DESIGNS (free from freight) 26 E. Quincy St., Westmont, IL 60559 by May 1, 2006. After June 19th, unsold items will be available for pick-up or return shipping via UPS or USPS. (please include sufficient funds or stamps.  Failure to do so will result in a delay returning your work and may cause you to incur storage fees)

AWARDS AND SALES:
A "Best of Show" award will be selected from the actual works submitted. Sales are encouraged to further the efforts of the artists/designers. Entrants shall price their own work, and these prices should be representative of established market value for their work. The prices, as stated on the application, may not be changed during the entire run of the show. Only one "Not for Sale" entry allowed per person. Only those items approved will be exhibited. This Gallery retains only 30% of the retail price when the item is sold!

LIABILITY:
T.L.D. Design Center & Gallery personnel will exercise all reasonable care with photo/slides and accepted entries, but it is clearly understood by the artist/designer that we assume no responsibility and shall not be held liable for any damage of any kind caused or occurring while work is in exhibition or during shipping. Artists/Designers who wish protection should insure their entries independently.

AGREEMENT:
Your entry and acceptance to CROSSED CONNECTIONS constitute your agreement to all conditions stated in this prospectus.
